Four weight stacks and four training stations make this an excellent centerpiece for any training facility, a complete gym in itself. It is a one-stop solution for accommodating and varying exercises that cater to all user levels while saving space. It comes with several workout stations that permit the training of a specific muscle groups. Without having to go from one training set to another, users can choose to change or shift from one station to another to achieve their fitness goals. Five people can train on this unit simultaneously.
