Sales Representatives

Landmark Athletics is looking for some outgoing individuals that are passionate about the Fitness and Martial Arts industry to help our business grow.  The sales representative is responsible for generating, identifying, growing and maintaining business client accounts. Through solutions-based selling, the sales representative will analyze customer needs, identify and customize solutions to win accounts and bids, as well as maintain and up-sell existing customers. This type of sales approach requires attention to customer care, the ability to identify up-sell opportunities, and must possess exceptional communication skills which will allow for successful follow-up meetings. The successful candidate will work side by side with prospective clients as a professional consultant to analyze their requirements and make recommendations on appropriate business & outfitting solutions.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Generate sales of martial arts facility outfitting solutions, as well as gym flooring and fitness equipment solutions
  • Contact/visit existing and prospective clients
  • Build and maintain a network of colleagues, partners and customers to share information and obtain prospects
  • Observe and participate in presenting solutions and services that can fill customer needs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Landmark Athletics' entire line of solutions
  • Candidate should possess a successful history of new business sales, consistent achievements of quota and revenue targets and have the ability to accurately and punctually prepare sales forecasts and weekly activity reports
  • Candidate must display strong presentation, organization and communications skills with the ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Training is provided but by possessing the below qualifications will ensure your success.

  • Qualifications:
  • Live locally to the Greater Toronto Area (not required but preferred)
  • Successful sales experience in a business to business environment
  • New customer acquisition experience
  • Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product proposals and quotes
  • Experience in tracking customers’ sales information, forecasts and reports using related software applications
  • Experience cold calling/prospecting new and existing clients
  • Proven sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistent above-quota performance
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Martial Arts & Fitness
  • Broad knowledge of construction, taking measurements and flooring is an asset but not required
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills/outgoing individual
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Adept at projecting a positive corporate image
  • This is a full time position, that will consist mostly of out of office work.
  • Compensation is based on experience level and the value the individual can bring to the company.
