Shipping Information   

Currently our website calculates shipments across Canada only. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and by postal code, and can be viewed in your shopping cart using the shipment rate calculator module

Flooring Shipments:    We have selected conveniently located trucking depot pick up centres within major municipal cities all across Canada for you to easily pick up your orders from.  The customer has the option to select which pick up centre they would like to pick up from at the time of check out on their order. The pick up centre will call the customer as soon as the product arrives for pick up. There is a 48 hour pick up window to collect your shipment, storage charges may apply if more time is needed.  
Shipping time is 5-10 business days depending on location. 
We also have an added Ship To Home/Billing Address option. This option can also be selected at time of check out. . 

Installation services: Please call to obtain an installation quote. Our installers will book a date and time to deliver and install the order. Unfortunately, due to the vast amount or rural cities within Canada, we can not provide this service everywhere so please call us at 416-840-3365 to get a Delivery & Installation quote before ordering if this is the option you prefer.

Small Fitness Items & Accessories Shipping:    All fitness accessories ship using one of our Transport Courier Services (UPS, FedEx, Purolator). Shipping charges are calculated by weight, and can be viewed in your shopping cart using the shipment rate calculator module. Shipping time is 3-7 business days depending on location.

Commercial Fitness Equipment & USA Shipments: Due to the nature of these products and size & weight, the customer must call us at 416-840-3365 for shipping quotes

Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

Depending on the size and weight of your purchase, we will choose the most timely and cost-effective method of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Courier shipments will make 3 attempts to deliver your goods if nobody is there to accept delivery. Any delivery address changes requested after an order has shipped will result in a $75 administration charge.

 

LTL Freight Delivery

Larger orders that require being palletized, or Items over 75 lbs ship via an  LTL freight carrier.

Things you need to know

  • We will ship your order with ‘appointment delivery,’ the carrier will call you when the order reaches your city to arrange a delivery date with a 4 hour delivery window. The expectation is to be able to deliver your goods the day after this phone call

  • You are required to be present at the pre-arranged delivery time to sign for the delivery

  • The delivery method is curbside drop-off. The driver will arrive at the shipping address you supplied when ordering, and you are responsible for moving the products off the truck, into your desired location. For heavier or larger orders, It is recommended that you have arranged for help to assist you in unloading your goods. The driver will not assist you

  • You will have 45 minutes to unload your order from the truck before detention charges will begin at $85/hr + applicable taxes

  • LTL shipments will arrive wrapped, and in good condition. You must count the number of packages/ items and be sure it matches the Bill of Lading (delivery papers) and your packing slip

  • If you request any additional services from the freight company other than what is specifically listed on your Landmark Athletics Invoice (such as Driver Assistance, etc), then your freight will be considered ‘REFUSED’ and taken back to their Shipping hub where the new service charges will be assessed. Once payment is received for the new service charges*, a new delivery date will be booked with you.


*Note: Service fees will include the following:
-Re-delivery fee
-Storage Fees
-Processing fee
-New requested service charges
*Depending on the size of the shipment, these fees can be more than $300+

SHIPPING PRICING AND ORDER ERRORS

In the case that Landmark Athletics cannot complete an order or needs to add additional charges due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to inform you of any changes before your order is shipped out. We reserve the right to cancel or change an order for any reason, but we will contact you before any changes are made. Examples of reasons this could happen are, but not limited to: Errors in product/shipment pricing, shipping information, and customer credit or fraud issues. We may contact you in the case that additional information is required to process your order.
